By accessing or using ChatVisionZ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service.

2. Description of Service

ChatVisionZ provides random video and text chat between anonymous users. The Service includes automated content moderation, interest-based matching, and a minute-based usage system.

3. User Conduct

Users must comply with our Community Guidelines at all times. Violations may result in warnings, session termination, temporary bans, or permanent bans at our sole discretion.

4. Minutes & Payments

• Free minutes are provided daily and reset at midnight CET (Europe/Rome).
• Purchased minutes are non-refundable except where required by law or as provided in our refund policy.
• Automatic refunds are provided when a peer is banned by our moderation system during your session.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store payment card details.
• Prices are in USD and may be updated with notice.

5. Privacy & Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect minimal personal data. Video streams are peer-to-peer encrypted. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Content Moderation Disclosure

The Service uses automated systems to moderate content in real-time. This includes client-side video analysis and server-side text moderation. By using the Service, you consent to this automated processing. False positives may occur; you may contact support to appeal moderation actions.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, the behavior of other users, or the accuracy of content moderation. You use the Service at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatVisionZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
