ChatVisionZ is a platform for meeting new people through video and text chat. To keep the community safe and enjoyable for everyone, all users must follow these guidelines.
Prohibited Content & Behavior
- Nudity & Sexual Content: No nudity, sexual acts, or sexually explicit content. Video feeds are monitored in real-time.
- Minors: Users must be 18 years or older. Do not attempt to contact or interact with minors on this platform.
- Hate Speech: No racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or discrimination of any kind.
- Harassment: No bullying, threats, intimidation, or stalking behavior.
- Violence: No threats of violence, depictions of violence, or encouragement of self-harm.
- Personal Information: Do not share your own or others' personal information (addresses, phone numbers, financial details).
- Spam & Commercial: No advertising, solicitation, or commercial promotion.
- Illegal Activity: No promotion or facilitation of illegal activities.
- Impersonation: Do not impersonate other people or organizations.
Content Moderation
ChatVisionZ uses a two-layer moderation system to detect inappropriate content:
- Layer 1 (Client-side): Real-time video analysis runs directly in your browser.
- Layer 2 (Server-side): Ambiguous content is verified by a secondary system for accuracy.
- Text messages are also scanned for hate speech, harassment, and other violations.
Consequences
- 1st violation: Warning message displayed
- 2nd violation: Session termination
- 3rd violation: Temporary ban (1-24 hours)
- Severe violations: Immediate permanent ban (no warnings)
Bans are applied to both your account and device fingerprint to prevent ban evasion.
Reporting
If you encounter a user violating these guidelines, use the report button during your chat session. All reports are reviewed and appropriate action is taken. If a report is validated, your minutes for that session will be refunded.
Your Privacy
We collect minimal data. Video streams are peer-to-peer encrypted and never stored on our servers. Only flagged content frames are temporarily stored for moderation review and automatically deleted after 30 days.
